Logic port:
Exclusive mode defines that only the channel that has "ownership" of the source controls the logic states of
the source. If a channel does not have "ownership", it is in Listen Only mode and has no control of GPIO or
other logical controls (Phone control).
Shared mode defines that the channel can participate in logical control of the source even if not having
ownership of the source.
Disabled mode defines that the channel will not attempt to control logical states of the source. Note that
some common sources shared amongst studios have no logic control needs and you may opt to select this
mode in order to remove the "Listen Only" indication from the surface.
GPIO ready is a function used with GPIO to indicate the source is in a ready state. With this enabled, the
OFF button will not illuminate unless the corresponding READY command is triggered. Refer to the GPIO
information with the source type. Example: Line type has a READY command at pin 15 and indicates that
OFF lamp is illuminated with the triggering of this GPI.
Knob function:
defines the behavior of the knob at the top of the channel when the channel is not in option mode.
Fader Trim Level mode provides gain adjustment to the channel post fader .
PreAmp Gain Adjust mode will cause the knob to control the pre-amp gain at the source if the source sup-
ports the Livewire control protocol. A maximum of 8 is allowed at one time.
None mode disables functionality.
Automix Control provides quick control to enable a channel into the Automix function and to adjust the
weight of the channel . When selected, a knob clockwise rotation will enable the channel into automix and
a counter clockwise rotation will disable. To adjust the weight of an enabled channel, press the knob in and
rotate the knob (while maintaining the downward press).
