where:
<NRf> is the sweep time in seconds.
<units>::=[ns | μs | ms | s]

SOURce1:SWEep:TIME 100ms
sets the CH 1 sweep time to 100 ms.
This command sets or queries the high level of output amplitude for the specified
channel.
