Counting Mode (1-4)
Use (I1 ~ f8) to set counting up or counting down
OFF: counting up (0, 1, 2, 3, 4....)
ON: counting down ( ....3, 2, 1, 0)
Use (I1 ~ f8) to RESET the counting value

ON: the counter is initialized to zero and
OFF: the counter continues to count
