that the radiation dose will be shown in a pop-up
window

exposed to during exposure. Note that if the patient
does not cover the whole exposure area (e.g.
cephalometric exposure) the real patient dose is
lower.
Radiation dose is indicated in terms of DAP (Dose
Area Product). The measurement unit for DAP is
mGy*cm².
Enable midsagittal & Frankfort lights in Tomo
Select this option to set the X-ray unit so that also

supports.
Use Dimax sensor for panoramic
Select this option if you want to use a 3D s / 3D

for taking panoramic (and tomographic and
cephalometric) images.
When the option is not selected (check box empty)
you can take 3D and SmartPan (SmartPan,
SmartTMJ, SmartSinus) images with the same
sensor.
NOTE: This option will be shown only if the X-ray
unit has a 3D s / 3D sensor and a SmartPan
license. The SmartPan license is activated as
described in section
(i310)" on page 39.
The selected option(s) will be marked with a green check
mark. To deselect a function, touch the field again. The
green check mark will disappear.
Confirm your selection(s) by touching Done. Touching the
