0 Configuring dial-up keypads
This section provides an example for setting up dial-up keypads on 6276 X-v
panels and 6277 multi-bus panels.
The basic steps for setting up dial-up source keypads are:
•
set up level types (CL command)
•
set up source names (58 command)
•
set up source associations (AS command)
•
set up source keypads (KS command)
The basic steps for setting up dial-up destination keypads are:
•
set up level types, if not already set (CL command)
•
set up destination association names (D8 command)
•
set up destination associations (AD command)
•
set up destination keypads (KD command)
Once the keypads have been set up, they can be assigned
to
the required panels
using the PT command followed by any necessary PC, PL and PO commands.
All other commands (CP, DT,
I)
can be done at any time .
