The program is now entered and running .
The user selects the desired function from the menu by using the appropriate
function key. <Fl> to <F5>. or by entering the first letter of the desired option. i.e.
<T>. <0>, <U>, <E> or <Q>. It is not required to press <RETURN> after the option
has been selected.
Fl - Terminal
This option invokes the basic terminal emulator function. Commands are entered
as described in 'Configuring The Database' of this section. All commands entered
in this mode are on line changes. To quit this function. press the <ESC> key.
F2 - Download database
This option enables the user to download a file from the PC's database to the
Freeway control card to set up a particular system configuration. When invoked.
the user is presented with the following display:

ZZZZ.T64
The display includes a list of existing text files in the PC's database. To select a
text file. use the cursor keys to highlight the appropriate file and then press
<RETURN>.
New files may be created using a text file editor and then loaded into the PC's
database as a text file. When creating a new text file, simply type the appropriate
commands from the terminal command set. on a line by line basis. When creating
a new file incorporating the <1M> or <RS> command, add <RESET> as a line entry
directly after the <1M> or <RS> command.
