Replacement of structural parts is your responsibility. If Lenovo installs a structural part at your request,
you will be charged for the installation.
The illustrations in this document might differ slightly from the hardware.
Removing the bezel
Use this information to remove the bezel from the server.
To remove the bezel, complete the following steps:
Step 1.
Read the safety information that begins in "Safety" on page v and "Installation guidelines" on
page 163.
Step 2.
Turn off the server (see "Turning off the server" on page 24) and all attached peripheral devices.
Disconnect all power cords; then, disconnect all external cables as necessary to replace the device.
Step 3.
Pull the bezel out slightly until the tabs on the right-side of the bezel disengages from the chassis
and set it aside.
