Troubleshooting
Check No.14

Be sure to turn off power switch before connect or disconnect connector,
Caution
or parts damage may be occurred.
Push and hold the RESET button on
the outdoor unit PCB for 5 seconds
Does the malfunction
occur again?
YES
Check the indoor unit-outdoor unit
connection wires.
Is there any wiring error?
NO
Is HAP blinking?
Check for
indoor unit
microcomputer
normal HAP
Check the outdoor unit's LED A.
Is LED A blinking?
YES
Check the voltage of the indoor
unit-outdoor unit connection wires
between No. 1 and No. 2, and
between No 2 and No. 3.
Is the voltage 0 V?
NO
Check No. 14
Check power supply waveform.
Is there any disturbance?
YES
NO

Turn the power supply off once
and then back on.
Is HAP blinking?

Turn power supply off, and turn
on again.
Is LED A blinking?
