Reset the OSPFv2 process.
EXEC Privilege mode
clear ip ospf process-id
View the current OSPFv2 status.

Enabling Multi-Process OSPF (OSPFv2, IPv4 Only)
Multi-process OSPF allows multiple OSPFv2 processes on a single router.

When configuring a single OSPF process, follow the same steps previously described. Repeat them as
often as necessary for the desired number of processes. After the process is created, all other
configurations apply as usual.

Assign an IP address to an interface.
CONFIG-INTERFACE mode
ip address ip-address mask
Format: A.B.C.D/M.

Enable the interface.

Return to CONFIGURATION mode to enable the OSPFv2 process globally.

router ospf process-id [vrf]
The range is from 0 to 65535.
After the OSPF process and the VRF are tied together, the OSPF process ID cannot be used again in
the system.
