Details and Remedies for Fault Trips

Fault trip memory..... The cause of the trip can be saved in parameter n12 to n15.
The details on the latest trip and the three prior trips are saved even if the power is turned
OFF. ( The details of the shipment inspection are saved when the unit is shipped.)

Remedies
Check for an output short-circuit or ground faul
Check the ambient temperature
Increase the acceleration time
Check for output short-circuit or ground fault
Check ambient temperature
Eliminate excessive changes in load
Check for output short-circuit or ground fault
Check ambient temperature
Increase the deceleration time
Check for an open output phase and
Eliminate sudden changes in load
Increase the acceleration and deceleration times
Adjust the torque boost level
Check the restart in inertia
Do not switch the electromagnetic
contactor at the load side
Increase the acceleration time
Eliminate excessive changes in load
