This command generates an error if:
Calibration is locked
The step is out of sequence
The step does not complete successfully
The value that is passed is invalid for the step, out of range, or not needed

cal.adjust.tempdiff

This attribute returns the difference between the internal temperature and the temperature when adjustment was
last done.

Details
The temperature is displayed in Celsius (°C).
The instrument updates the internal temperature value when the instrument refreshes autozero. If
autozero is set to off or if autozero is not available for the selected function (such as capacitance,
continuity, frequency or period), the internal temperature value is not updated.
