Details
The descriptions of these steps are:
DC Step 0: Internal amplifier offset adjustment
DC Step 1: 4-wire zero for DCI 1 A to 3 A, DCV, Digitize DCV, 2W Ω, and 4W Ω
DC Step 2: Open Terminals:
•
DCI, zero 10 µA to 100 mA
•
DCV, 100 V and 1000 V full-scale
•
Resistance, 1 Ω to 1 GΩ full-scale
•
Digitize DCI and DCV full-scale
•
Waveform, analog trigger
•
Frequency, threshold level trigger
DC Step 3: 10 V, DCV 10 V range
DC Step 4: -10 V, DCV 10 V range
DC Step 5: 10 kΩ, Resistance, 4W 10 kΩ range

This command generates an error if:
•
Calibration is locked
•
The step is out of sequence
•
The step does not complete successfully
•
The value that is passed is invalid for the step, out of range, or not needed
