View Data Storage Statistics

In the Status section of this screen, the date and time of the
last database expiration check displays in the Status bar.
The date displays in the YYYY-MM-DD format, and the time
displays in military time (01-24 hours) using the HH:MM:SS
time format.
NOTE: The Status date and time does not display if the server is
newly installed or has been reset to factory default settings. (See
Reset to Factory Defaults panel in Chapter 2 of the Report
Manager Administration Section for information about resetting
the server to factory default settings.)
The following data that displays is current as of the most
recent database expiration check:
• Date scope for total data - The first line in this field
NOTE: If the server has not yet expired any data, the first date
and time in the range is represented by "0" (zeroes).
• Database disk space utilization - The percentage of
