Bandwidth Gauges tab selection

For Bandwidth gauges, the Category View User panel
contains the Categories sub-panel showing the Ports
column and corresponding Inbound/Outbound bandwidth
usage by the end user for that port, and the combined Total
inbound and outbound bandwidth usage by the end user for
that port:
