View Log Results

Use the View Log File window if you need to troubleshoot
any problems with the authentication setup process.
1. Click Diagnostics and select View Log File from the pop-

to view:
• "User Name Log (usage.log)" - used for viewing the
time and date a user logged on and off the network,
along with the user's profile information.
• "Authentication Log (AuthenticationServer.log)" - used
for viewing information about the authentication
process for users, including SEVERE and WARNING
error messages.
