Single Users/Exclude sub-panel

When creating a user group, the Single Users/Exclude sub-
panel is used for adding one or more users to the group.
This sub-panel includes the Available Users Filter field to be
used with the Available Users box that is populated with
individual users from the base user group. For each record
in the list, the User Name or IP address displays. The list
box below includes the target Assigned, Add, Delete, and
Exclude tabs. The Add tab displays by default and the
Assigned tab displays greyed-out until the user group is
saved.
NOTES: Only users previously selected from the base user group
will be included in the Available Users list.
A user name preceded by an asterisk ( * ) indicates an auto-
assigned user that can only be removed by adjusting the pattern
or IP range for that user's group.
