1. Disconnect the LCD backlight cable (A).
2. Remove the four screws (8) at each corner of the display mounting bracke
t.
3. Remove the display assembly from 由e front enclosure.
4. Clip the tie wrap (C) to release the backlight cable.
5. Remove the screw

holds the LCD display to the mounting bracke
t.
6. Remove the LCD display from the mounting bracke
t.
7. Transfer the display flat-flex cable (contacts faclng up) to the new display
(ZIF connector; pull tabs toward cable ωrelease).
8. Remove protective mask from new LCD display.
9. If required

clean the enclosure window (i f new
,
remove protective film).
10. Reassemble in reverse order.
• To ensure that the backlight cable is not pinched under the mounting bracket ,
verily that the cable is visible through the two holes
