9. Install the replacementswitch assembly:
a.
Lo
osen the two outside screws on the electrical module.
b. Insert the wires in the electrical module and tighten the screws.
c. Pull the wires on the electrical module
to
ensure thatthere is a good connection.
d. Turn back the system switch mounting screws until their tips recede.
e. Orientthe switch assembly with the Air
fi忧ings towarcl 由 e
right and the O
2
fittings towarcl the left.
f. Install the switch assembly through the gauge pane l.
g. Push 由 e knob collar in wi由 the indicator up and turn it clockwise un刨 itloc阳.
h. Tighten the mounting screws. Make sure that the top edge of the switch
assembly is parallel to the top edge ofthe gauge pane l.
i. Transfer the tubing from the old system switch to the new system switch on the
pneumatic module (pull on the tubing to ensure 伽 at it is locked into 由e
module).

10. Testthe replacementswitch assembly:
a. ConnectAir and O
2
supplies.
b. Connect the power cable to an electrical outlet
c. Set the system switch to On.
d. Increasethe O
2
and Airflow. Makesure thatgas flows.
e. Make sure that you do not feel or hear any leaks.
f. Make sure that the display comes On.
g. Setthe system switch to Standby.
h. Make sure all gas flow stops and the display tums 0侃
11. Reinstall the gauge panel and the
tableωp.
12. Perform the checkout procedure (Section 3).
