1. Disconnect all pipeline supplies and close all cylindervalves.
2. Remove the upper rear pane l.
Note: If adjusting an existing needle valve,
• remove the N

0 and O
2
knob and sprocket assemblies,
• and loosen the
O 2 蜘 p
collar setscrews.
3. Remove the 币。wmeter panel shield (Section 9.7.1).
4. Disconnect the tube from the pilot po此 on the N
2
0 regulator.

5. Disconnect the 4-mm outlet tube from the back of the N

0 pipeline
manifold.

6. Using a 4-mm tubejtee fixture (see Service Tools - Section 10. 1. 1),
connecta tube (tee end) to the N

0 supply outlet atthe back ofthe pipeline
manifold. Connect the outlet tubeω 由e open connection on the tee
connectorofthe fixture. Connectthe other end ofthe fixture to the N
2
0 pilot
port at the front of 由e flowhead. This setup supplies pilot pre臼uretothe
N
2
0 balancing regulaωr during the minimum stop calibra回on.
