Th e outlet fitting is a separate component that includes an o-ring seal and is
held in place with two u-clips.

3. Toremove 曲e Al r flowmeter module:

a. Remove the screw located on the side of the Air flowmeter module.
b. Hold the flowmeter module with the flowtubes facingyou.
c. Grasp the outer modules at 由e bottom of the regulator manifold and push the
left module away from you until the u-clip pops off and the module separates
from the other assemblies.
d. Pull the modules sideways to separate them at the top.
Save the u-clip

and the o-ring for reassembly.
4. To remove the O

or N 2 0 饵owmeter module:
a. Setthe O
2
and N
2
0 needle valves to their maximum position (counterclockwise).
b. Loosen the set screws on the N
2
0 knob , then remove the knob.
c. Loosen the set screws on 由e N
2
0 sprocket and the O
2
knob.
d. To remove

grasp the O
2
knobjsprocket
,
N
2
0 sprocket
,
and chain as an
assembly. Remove as an assembly.
e. Remove the spacerfrom the N
2
0 needle valve spindle.
f. Remove the pilot tube going to the balance regulator.
