REASSEMBLY AND REMOUNTING

FRONT WHEEL HUB
Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE to the hub bearings and the
lips of the dust seals before installing them.
& 99000-25030: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE A ( USA)
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE A ( Others)
Install the hub bearings and spacer into the front wheel hub.
% 09913-70210: Bearing installer set
09924-84510: Bearing installer set
NOTE:
Install the inner bearing 1 and the spacer 2 first, and then
install the outer bearing 3. Make sure the sealed side of the
bearing faces the bearing installer.
Install the dust seals into the front wheel hub with stamped
mark facing outside with the special tool.

Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE to the dust seal lips.

99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE A (Others)
Install the brake disc. (!7-25)
