Brake Disc Wear Limit (all J-Series)
Measure the thickness of the brake disc in an area where it is not being worn – i.e. on one of the

hub legs. Compare this measurement to the wear face of the disc. The maximum wear (i.e.
difference between the two measurements) is 2.0mm.

If brake disc is below minimum thickness, install a new part. For directional brake discs, refer to
Figure 70 for installation details.
