Vegetables can be cooked quickly and easily on the oven's automatic program (see En-14).
If a shorter or longer cooking time is required, enter 10% more or less weight.
It is a good idea to keep the vegetables warm on 100 watts microwave in the subsequent standing time of 2 - 5 mins.

1 head of cauliflower, 300 g
150 g prawns
1 small glass of light caviar or lumpfish roe
1 head of lettuce
1 lemon or lime in segments
Dill or watercress
Sauce:
50 g mayonnaise

1. Cut the vegetables into evenly sized pieces. Place the vegetables in
a pie dish and add
vegetables on the Vegetable auto program. Beat the other ingredients
together with a fork.
2. Pour the egg mixture and the grated cheese over the hot cooked
vegetables. Do not cover with a lid.
3. Microwave on 600 watts for 8 mins.

1. Wash the cauliflower.
2. Cut out the stalk from the cauliflower.
3. Lay the cauliflower in a bowl with the head upwards.

6. Check the cauliflower is cooked, then leave to cool.
Sauce:
• Stir all the ingredients together.
Serving:
• Wash the lettuce and dry the leaves well.
• Lay the lettuce leaves on a round serving dish.
• Place the cauliflower on top.
• Pour the sauce over and decorate with prawns, caviar, lemon
segments and dill or watercress.
Tip: Serve as a breakfast dish or with a crispy French loaf.
