2. Save the support archive local. by default the host name of the TotalStorage
DS300 or DS400 is used as file name.

3. When problems exist with creating the support archive, information can be
retrieved manually. Perform the following steps to get the information when
the support archive cannot be generated:
a. Save IBM ServeRAID Manager events
Collect the console event log by clicking on the Events button in the
toolbar. Save the events into a file. By default the file name is events.txt
and it is saved in the installation directory of the IBM ServeRAID Manager.
