DRIVE SHAFT

REMOVING THE DRIVE SHAFT

1. Remove:
• Pinion gear nut
Drive shaft holder:
YB-06049/90890-06518...........
Pinion nut wrench:
90890-06505.............................
Socket adapter:
90890-06507.............................
2. Remove:
• Drive shaft assembly
• Pinion gear
REMOVING THE DRIVE SHAFT
BEARING
Remove:
• Drive shaft bearing
Bearing separator:
YB-06219/90890-06534.........
Bearing/oil seal attachment:
90890-06641............................

For USA and CANADA
B Except for USA and CANADA
NOTE:
In order to prevent the tip of the press from
coming into direct contact with the treaded
portion of the drive shaft, use a M10 nut
remove the drive shaft bearing.
DISASSEMBLING THE FORWARD
GEAR ASSEMBLY
Remove:
• Taper roller bearing 1
• Forward gear 2
Bearing separator:
YB-06219/90890-06534..........
CAUTION
Do not reuse the bearing, always replace it
with a new one.
