REMOVING THE FLYWHEEL MAGNET
ASSEMBLY
Remove:
• Flywheel magnet assembly
Removing steps:
(1)Remove the flywheel magnet nut.
Flywheel magnet holder:
YB-06139/90890-06522

NOTE:
The major load should be applied in the
direction of the arrows. if the load is not
applied as shown, the flywheel magnet
assembly holder may easily slip off of the
flywheel magnet assembly.
(2)Remove the flywheel magnet assembly.

NOTE:
• The major load should be applied in the
direction of the arrows.
• Apply the load until the flywheel magnet
assembly comes off the tapered portion of
the crankshaft.
CAUTION
To prevent damage to the engine or tools,
screw in the universal puller set-bolts evenly
and completely so that the puller plate is
parallel to the flywheel magnet assembly.
