The inserter software uses the same error messages for both OMR and
barcode scanning. Use this table as a reference for understanding and
troubleshooting error messages.

• Check paper orientation.
• Confirm paper with
barcode is loaded in right
feeder.
• Add missing page(s).
• Correct sheet sequence.

correct your sheet sequence
