Scanning and Non-Scanning Jobs

If scanning functionality (OMR or barcode) is enabled on your system,
operators can toggle scanning on and off depending on the job. If scanning
functionality is not available on your inserter, your job setup will differ
slightly.

Set main (scanning) sheet feeder
Set select/supplementary sheet or
insert feeder
Set the sealer
Set paper length
Set fold A /fold B
Set envelope depth

Confirm job setup
Run a trial piece

Disable scanning (OMR Off) if
available on your inserter. (Skip if you
inserter does not have scanning)
Set fold type
Set accumulation
Set first/main sheet feeder
Set second/supplementary sheet

Set the sealer
Set paper length
Set fold A /fold B
Set envelope depth
