5. Configuring Your System
To configure prompts:
1.
Log in to the Admin portal using your System Console account.

Provide your .bmp and .wav for the waiting room as follows:
a.
Click Upload BMP and select the desired .bmp file from your file system.
b.
Click Upload WAV and select the desired .wav file from your file system.
View or play the .bmp and/or .wav file already applied to your waiting room as follows:

Click Download BMP and the waiting room image will display in your browser.
b.
Click Download WAV and your browser will play the .wav file currently applied to your
waiting room.
Reset the .bmp and/or .wav file already applied to your waiting room to their defaults as

follows:

Click Apply Default BMP.
A system notification displays indicating that the system has applied the default waiting
room BMP.
b.
Click Apply Default WAV.
A system notification displays indicating that the system has applied the default waiting
room WAV.
6.
Click Save or Save and Apply as desired.
When you click Save and Apply, a dialog box informs you that the change drops all of
the active conference calls on your VidyoGateway server.
