Changing the fuses of individual power consumers

The fuse box containing the fuses for the individual power consumers is located under the seat, behind the 12 V battery.
Preparatory work
–
Deactivate the vehicle. (
–
Fold the seat up. (
–
Remove the KTM PowerPack. (
–
Mount the covering cap. (
Main work
–
Detach the catches

Remove the defective fuse.
Guideline
Fuses res - 10 A and 20 A - spare fuses
Fuse 1 - 20 A - main fuse
Fuse 2 - 10 A - water pump
Fuse 3 - not used
Fuse 4 - not used

Use spare fuses with the correct rating only.

Remove the defective fuse.

Fuse 1 - 20 A - main fuse, MCU, ignition lock
Fuse 2 - 10 A - ignition lock, main switch, start button
Fuse 3 - high beam, low beam
Fuse 4 - horn, brake light, turn signal

and open the fuse box cover.

A defective fuse is indicated by a burned-out fuse wire

Fire hazard The electrical system can be overloaded if the wrong fuses
are used.
