Selecting a screen for the headphones
Move push slider ; to L (left-hand screen)
X
or R (right-hand screen).
Indicator lamp, displays
The color of the indicator lamp shows
whether the headphones are switched on or
off and indicates the charge level of the
batteries inserted.
Display
State
Green
The headphones are switched
on and the batteries are fully
charged.
Red
The headphones are switched
on and the batteries are
almost discharged.
No display
The headphones are switched
(dark)
off or the batteries are
discharged, incorrectly or not
inserted.
Connecting additional headphones
You can connect an additional set of wired
headphones to each rear-compartment
screen (
page 161). The jack is for
Y
headphones with ⅛" stereo jack plugs and an
impedance of 32 ohms.
Rear-compartment socket
On vehicles with the Rear Seat Entertainment
System, there is a socket in the rear
compartment on the center console.
The socket can be used for accessories with
a maximum power consumption of 180 W.

Both the remote control and the two sets of
wireless headphones require batteries.

Keep the batteries out of the reach of

child should swallow a battery.
