Through) Definition
[1.3.252] A standard system requirement is that a loss of power
for 1 cycle of the AC input (20msec for a 50Hz input) shall not
interrupt the operation of the system. In order to support this,
the power supply has a large bulk capacitor used to supply
power to the system while the AC input is too low. This large
bulk capacitor must support 75% of the power supplies output
rating for 20msec to support most system operating conditions.
