ENGINE REASSEMBLY
Turn the engine over.
Make sure the spring (15) of the gear shift lever shaft is positioned correctly.
Check the gear shift lever shaft (16) and the slot of the gear selector mechanism
for signs of wear.
Lubricate the shaft with engine oil and insert the shaft (16) into the crankcase
so that the fork (17) slides over the ratchet detent and the spring (18) locates
to its abutment pin.
