Hub/Wheel Bearing Installation
Front Hub Bearing Adjustment (AWD Models Equipped with Cotter Pins)
1. Torque nut to 100 in. Ibs. and proceed to step 2.
2. Rotate hub several revolutions. Rotate axle
several revolutions by raising rear of machine and
rotating rear wheels.
3. Re-torque hub nut to 100 in. Ibs.
4. Install cotter pin. Bend each leg of cotter pin
around castle nut in different directions.
NOTE:lf cotter pin hole does not align, tighten slightly
to align and install pin.
