19. Drive Wire Replacement (PTC and T/S Corona)
1.
Remove the corona wire(s).
2.
Wrap the guide wire [A] twice around the drive pulley as shown [B].
Hook the guide wire to the idle pulley(s) [C].
3.

Hook the drive ring(s) over the post(s) of the wire cleaner(s) [D].
5.
Hook the tensioning spring(s) [E] to both sides of the wire tensioner.
6.
Make sure that the corona wires are between cleaner pads.
7.
Reassemble.
8.
Check the wire cleaner movement using SP 5-3.
