33. Pressure Roller Replacement
1.
Remove the left fusing cover (Refer to "Hot Roller Stripper Replace-
ment".)
2.
Disconnect the oil tube [A] and remove the oil supply unit and hot roller
unit as a set [B] (5 screws, 4 connectors, and 2 bushings).
3.
Rotate the pressure cam shaft [C] clockwise until it locks (about 90°)
and remove the stopper pin [D] of the pressure roller stripper assembly.
4.
Remove the pressure roller assembly [E] and replace the pressure roller
(1 C-ring).
5.
Install the pressure roller assembly with the longer shaft to the rear of
the fusing unit.
6.
Close the inverter unit [F] to align the hole of the pressure roller strip-
per assembly and reinstall the stopper pin.
NOTE:
To clean the cleaning roller [G] when the pressure roller is in place
remove the fusing entrance guide [H] (2 screws).
