37. Inverter Roller Clutch Disassembly and Adjustment

- Disassembly -
1. Remove the fusing unit.
Open the inverter unit and remove the inverter roller clutch assembly,

which consists of the clutch [A], solenoid [B], and the bracket [C] (3
screws and 2 connectors).
3. Remove the pin cam [D] (1 Allen screw).
4. Remove the bushing [E] and bearing [F] (1 E-ring) and remove the in-
verter roller clutch with the shaft [G].
CAUTION: - When disassembling the inverter roller clutch, be careful not to damage the

Clean the clutch hub, spring and gear [J].

NOTE: When reassembling the inverter clutch, make sure that the projections on
the clutch spring are engaged with the clutch sleeve [K] and the clutch
hub.
