Specifying slave station parameters
1.
Select "4: SLAVE" at the SET BLUETOOTH menu and then press
the ENT key.
The current settings of the items are displayed.
[1: PASSKEY]:
[2: TIMEOUT]:
[3: SECURITY]: Specifies the security mode for the link.
Press the Backspace/clear key to return to the SET BLUETOOTH menu.

Use the cursor keys ([▲] [▼]) or numeric keys ([1] [2] [3]) to highlight the desired setting and
then press the ENT key.
Entry mode is activated and the cursor is displayed.
When setting the "3: SECURITY", use the cursor keys ([◄] [►]) to highlight the desired setting.

Use the numeric and period (.) keys to enter the desired setting.
The PASSKEY parameter can be up to 16 characters long.
The TIMEOUT parameter accepts settings 1 to 255. The default setting is 255 seconds.

To toggle the entry mode (between numeric and alphabet entries), press the SF key.
To delete a single character, press the Backspace/clear key. To delete the entire entry, press and hold the
Backspace/clear key or press the SF and Backspace/clear keys simultaneously.

Press the ENT key.

Press the Backspace/clear key.
The SET BLUETOOTH menu reappears.
