Use this procedure to add or change existing posted messages. The posted
messages allow callers with display telephones to know why the called
extension does not answer.
Each posted message can have a maximum of 16 characters. Messages 2
through 20 can be changed through programming. Message 1, Do Not
Disturb, cannot be changed.
