After creating the service, use
to confirm that the Access Gateway ics_dyn process is
netstat
running in the corresponding port.
7.11 YaST Becomes Non-Responsive When a
Partition Is Deleted or Created
YaST goes into a non-responsive mode if you click Finish after adding, deleting, or modifying a
partition. To work around this problem, click Apply, then click Quit instead of clicking Finish.

7.12 Using Curl to Download Large Files

If you use the
utility to download large files, the files might be corrupted. If this happens, use
curl
the
utility to download the file.

7.13 Linux Access Gateway Crashes When
Change is Applied to the Server
Sometimes, after upgrading from 3.1 SP1 to 3.1 SP2, SLES 9 based Linux Access Gateway might
crash when you apply changes the server. It happens because of an open issue in underlying SLES9
OS, which is fixed with SLES10. To workaround this issue, download and install the following
patch file from SLES 9 channel:
glibc-2.3.3-98.111.i586.rpm (patch 12527)
