representative
3. Name of Certification Recipient: Intel Corporation
4. Date of Manufacturer: Refer to date code on product
5. Manufacturer/Nation: Intel Corporation/Refer to country of origin marked on product

To maintain the UL listing and compliance to other regulatory certifications and/or
declarations, the following regulated components must be used and conditions adhered to.
