• Check whether or not channel data is being read or written correctly
by "status at read" or "status at write", respectively.
• The following shows the check bits of each channel. These bit assign-
ments are the same for both "status at read" or "status at write".

• "0" indicates a normal channel, and "1" indicates a channel in error.
For example, if channels 5 (CH5) and 3 (CH3) are in error, bits 4 and
2 become "1". Data is expressed as "0014" (Hex).
• Check the internal status of E5EK-DRT by "status A" or "status B."
• The following table shows the meanings of "status A" bits:
