Selecting climate modes via the multimedia
system
Multimedia system:

It is possible to switch between different climate
modes on the Climate menu.
If ECO or ECO+ mode is activated in the process,
certain air-conditioning functions will be restric‐
ted to conserve energy and extend the vehicle's
range.
The following modes are available on the Climate
menu:
Comfort: maximum climate comfort
R
ECO: while heating and cooling output are
R
limited, it remains possible to operate cli‐
mate control without restriction. Activating
¬ will automatically switch the system to
Comfort mode.
ECO+: mode using only the blower and
R
waste heat, if applicable. It does not allow
the temperature to be set. Activating ¬
and/or setting the temperature will automat‐
ically switch the system to Comfort mode.
% The windows may mist up when ECO mode
is activated.
% The lack of dehumidification may result in
the windows misting up more severely when
ECO+ mode is activated.
% ECO+ climate mode can also be switched on
and off via the range maximisation function.
Tap ECO.

Select Comfort, ECO or ECO+.

The selected mode will be shown on the cli‐
mate bar on the central display.
Setting air distribution using the multimedia
system

To set the air distribution: select ¯, P

or O.
Set the airflow.

% When the air conditioning system is
switched on, at least one zone is always
active. However, several air distribution
options can be selected at the same time,
for example to set the climate control for the
interior and the footwells simultaneously.
The windscreen air conditioning ¯ can
only be selected for the first row of seats.
When automatic mode is active, the buttons
for setting the air distribution are automati‐
cally deactivated. When the air conditioning
system is switched off, the buttons remain
operable and the last setting is saved.
