2.12.1.1

Activated ILC Alarm

When the ILC is activated, the power supply output shuts down. The display shows ILC FAULT. RED
alarm LED blinks 1/2Hz frequency.

Enable In Function

ENA_IN signal serves as power supply output enable control. Connection to the signal is made via
pin J1-10 (ENA_IN) and pin J1-11 (COM_SELV), which are isolated from the power supply output.
ENA_IN is reported by a display message ENA FAULT, RED alarm LED is blinking 1/2 Hz frequency.
ENA_IN can be enabled/disabled via communications or the Front Panel as follows:
1.
Press the SYST button. SYST (GREEN) LED illuminates.
2.
Rotate the Voltage encoder until ENA OFF appears.
3.
Rotate Current encoder to select ENA ON or ENA OFF. Press Current encoder to accept. The
display blinks once to acknowledge the setting.
4.
Exit SYST menu by pressing the Back button or the SYST button.

Activated ENA Alarm

When the ENA is activated, the power supply output shuts down. The display shows ENA FAULT.
RED alarm LED blinks 1/2Hz frequency.

Enable_In Polarity

This function provides the ability to select ENA_IN signal polarity.
Polarity selection via the Front Panel is performed as follows:
1.
Press the SYST button. SYST (GREEN) LED illuminates.
2.
Rotate the Voltage encoder until ENA.PL appears.
3.
Rotate Current encoder to select NORM or REV. Press Current encoder to accept. The display
blinks once to acknowledge the setting.
4.
Exit SYST menu by pressing the Back button or the SYST button.
To prevent possible damage to the unit, do not connect any of the Enable /Disable inputs to the
positive or negative output potential.
Safe Start mode - If the Enable fault condition clears while units are in the Safe Start mode, the
power supply returns to Output Off mode.
Auto-Restart mode - The output will automatically return to the previous setting.
The following faults will require \ENA_IN recycle: UVP, OVP or Foldback.
