Using Telnet

To connect to the ATLAS 800
subnet mask, and, typically, wet the default gateway IP address. The follow-
ing Step/Action tables provide instructions for performing these tasks.
You must define the IP address before attempting to connect via
Telnet.
Instructions for Defining the IP Address
Step
Obtain an IP address for the ATLAS 800

administrator.
From the Front Panel, select 2) CONFIG, then S0) SYSTEM, then

1) ETHERNET.

When the submenu displays, select 1) IP ADDRESS.
Enter the IP address by entering each number followed by Enter

to move to the next field.

Press Enter after keying in the entire IP address.
