A computer with a CD-ROM drive is required to setup the Wi-Fi connection if the push button method
is not used.
Windows: Operation can only be guaranteed on a computer with Windows 7, Windows Vista or
Windows XP pre-installed.
Windows: Uninstall software bundled with the Canon inkjet printer before upgrading from Windows
Vista to Windows 7, then install the bundled software again.
Windows: Internet Explorer 7, 8 or 9 is required to install Easy-WebPrint EX.
Easy-WebPrint EX for Internet Explorer 9 can be downloaded from the Canon web site.
Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile must be installed to use Easy-WebPrint EX in Internet
Explorer 9.
Windows: Some functions may not be available with Windows Media Center.
Windows: .NET Framework 4 must be installed to use the following applications:
- My Image Garden
- Quick Menu
- Easy-WebPrint EX
- Print Studio Pro
Windows: XPS Essentials Pack is required to print with My Image Garden or Print Studio Pro on
Windows XP.
Mac OS: Hard Disk must be formatted as Mac OS Extended (Journaled) or Mac OS Extended.
Mac OS: After upgrading from Mac OS X v10.6 to Mac OS X v10.7, install software bundled with the
Canon inkjet printer.
Mac OS: For Mac OS, an internet connection is required during My Image Garden installation.
Print Studio Pro is a software plug-in for the following software:
- Canon Digital Photo Professional Ver. 3.12 or later
- Adobe Photoshop CS4, CS5, CS5.1
- Adobe Photoshop Elements 8, 9, 10
- Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 2.7, 3
