4. INSPECTION

• IGNITION SWITCH
Check for continuity between the terminals with the switch in
each position.

: Continuity Bl: Black R: Red W: White Y: Yellow
• INDICATOR LIGHT [OIL PRESSURE LIGHT/
OVERHEAT LIGHT]
NOTICE
Use a known-good battery.
Connect the black, red and yellow terminals to the switch 1, 2
and 3 respectively, and apply 12V battery voltage to the
black/yellow [gray] terminal.
When the switch 1 is ON: Green light is ON.
When the switch 2 and 3 are ON: Green light is ON.
When the switch 2 is ON: Red light is ON.
Color in the brackets [ ] is for the side mount remote control
type only.
• INDICTOR LIGHT [MIL/ALTERNATOR INDICATOR
LIGHT]
NOTICE
Use a known-good battery.
Connect the white/blue terminal to the switch 1, red/blue
terminal to the switch 2, and apply 12V battery voltage as
shown.
When the switch 1 is ON: Alternator indictor light is ON.
When the switch 2 is ON: MIL is ON.
• EMERGENCY STOP SWITCH
Attach the tester leads to the terminals and check for
continuity.
