Digit conversion, node A and node B
The digits which are analyzed at node A, "5841xx", equate to the local
steering code "584". The two leading digits are deleted to give the node
A local extension number.
When another Special Number is dialed from node B, the digit
manipulation at node B and the INST on the DPNSS1 route at node
A combine to generate a trunk steering code which routes calls to the
