Removal and Installation.
To remove the clutch proceed as follows:
- jack up the car at rear and set it on stands;
-
remove the transmission as outlined under

Transmission» ;
- mark the clutch position relative to the flywheel
to assure correct reinstallation;
WARNING
When removing the transmission, avoid resting
the clutch shaft against the clutch release flange,
lest the flange supporting plates may be cocked.
