9.6. Verify Session Manager
Browse to Home Elements Session Manager Dashboard and check that the number
of entity links that are down has been reduced or shows 0. Also see Section 7.10 for details about
the Session Manager Dashboard. Additionally details should also appear in the Session Manager
traceSM tool available via a PuTTY session with the Session Manager. This will display the SIP
OPTIONS messages sent to both the Dialogic IMG 1010 and the Avaya Meeting Exchange. A
200 OK response should be sent back to Session Manager.
Traffic to/from Dialog IMG 1010 to Session Manger and to/from Meeting Exchange may also be
traced via traceSM.
